Need Suggention on below Doppler report
Aorta shows normal calibre and normal flow pattern.
Renal origins of both sides identified well and show normal flow pattern.
Pulsatility and Resistivity indices are normal.
Renal aortic ratio of peak systolic velocities is maintained (< 1-3).
Renal arteries at hilum are normal in calibre and show normal velocities and indices.
Intrarenal flow pattern is essentially normal in left kidney.
There is low peak velocity (tardus parvus) noted in intrarenal segmental arteries on right side – to r/o
renal artery stenosis.
No evidence of abnormal circulation, neo-vascularisation and arteriovenous malformation.
Both renal sizes, contours ,axes and echotexture are normal. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained.
No calculi noted.
Right kidney measures : 111x52 mm , cortical thickness measuring 11.0 mm in lower pole.
Left kidney measures : 107x42 mm , cortical thickness measuring 10.3 mm in lower pole.

Left renal artery shows normal colour flow, flow velocities, RI and spectral wave forms.
Right renal artery shows normal colour flow, flow velocities, RI and spectral wave forms except
tardus parvus flow in intrarenal segmental arteries.
Aorta, IVC and Both Renal veins show normal colour flow.
