i HAVE BEEN ON TEGRAL SINCE 2008 FOR A BRAIN TUMOR THAT WAS GAMMA KNIFED. i HAVE NERVE DAMAGE ACROSS MY FACE. i CURRENTLY AM TAKING600 MGS OF THE MED BUT IT DOESN T SEEM TO BE DOING AWAY WITH THE NEUROPHATHY COMPLETELY LIKE IT USED TO. i WAS THINKING OFBUMPING UP THE MED TO 800 A DAY. WHAT DO YOU THINK

Well Tegral is not used for the brain tumor itself. It is used either to prevent epileptic seizures or for neuropathic pain (pain due to injury to the nerve), the latter seems to be your case.
Regarding the dosage, yes, you can try to increment the dose to 800mg/d. The maximum dose is considered 1200 mg daily (of course reached by gradual incrementation and paying attention to side effects)
