Need Advice On Semen Analysis Report

hello i want to ask about semen analysi report that i have did on yesterday
im not smoker ..consistency semiviscous ..milkiy..spermn account 0000 ...vol 3 ml liquifqcation 30 min ph 8 ..RBC 1-2/HPF ...WBC 4-6/HPF ...SPERMATOCYTES 2-3 /HPF...MOTILI 60% IN 30 MIN AND 50% IN 3 HR...morphology 75% normal

Thanks for writing to HCM

Probably there is typing error in sperm count.You should confirm it.
Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of WBC,RBC. Normally,there shouldn't be any WBC in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like motility,morphology etc are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
