Need Explanation Of Ovulation Test Result

My ovulation test is going on. on 6th day rt. ovary follicle is 6,7 in mm and lt. oary follcle is 5,6. endometrium thickness is 4. on 10th day rt, ovary is 6,7 and lt. ovary is 6,10. endometrium thickness is 5. 0n 13th day rt. ovary follicle is 6,7 and lt. ovary follicle is 6,10. endometrium thickness is 7.5. what does this mean?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
There are two dominant follicles one in each ovary and left follicle is developing well.It can take part in ovulation and can be available for fertilization.
Ovulation will be indicated by mild fluid in POD.
You should complete your follicular study till ovulation.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
