Need Help With Understanding ECG Report

I would like to know about my health situation. When I did the medical check up, all results are good but problem is in my ECG. It said that inferior T wave abnormality. And in general comments, it said that periodic counter check is advised. So I would like to know what should I do. Because now I m in the abroad. Please give me suggestions and comments.
