Need Help With Understanding Scan Impression
hi i am 41 years old. i have some swelling on left side of abdomen. i had taken scan. Scan report says uterus measured 11.9 x 66 x 4.4 cms; right ovary measured 3.2 x 1.4 cms; left ovary measured 3.0 x 1.6 cms; impression seems bulky uterus and normal study of other solid abdominal organs. what the scan report indicates.. pls help

According to USG report,your uterus is enlarged in size.It can be due to many reasons.It need clinical correlation.It is good that there is no lesion in uterus.
Enlarged uterus is a common finding and it can be a symptom of variety of medical conditions,some of which require treatment.
Other findings are within normal limit
Both ovaries appears normal.
