Need Help With Understanding Semen Analysis Report
My semen analysis show the following. Plz suggest if this is normal.
Vol: 2 ml, color: gyayish white, L. Time: 30 mins, Appearance: Apaque Viscous, Total Sperm Count: 80 mill/cumm, Sperm Morphology : Normal 85% abnormal 15%, Sperm Motility: Active 70%, Sluggish 20%, Non-motile 10%, Pus Cells: 6-8/hpf

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of excessive pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
Other factors like sperm count,motility and morphology are normal.
Fertility will definitely improve with control of infection.
