Need Help With Understanding Test Result

I m trying to understand some test results. i received results back from a test labeled RPR Rfx Qn RPR/Confirm TP. My doctor told me if there were any issues he would contact me. There are two columns on the test results. Under the value column everything is reactive or positive. The other column is reference range . Under that column everything is negative or non-reactive. What does that mean?

In a normal person, i.e. without any disease he is considered to be negative or non-reactive (Reference Range). While your test is positive/reactive. Understanding in a simple language, you are having syphilis disease. But the test done is just screening test (RPR). You need a confirmatory test for T.pallidum for that. Consult the doctor immediately who has prescribed you the test. It is one of the sexually transmitted disease.
