Need Help With Understanding Ultrasound Report

hello.. i wanted to ask about my mother's ultrasound result, she's 64yo, wt.60kgs,ht 5'2".with 6 children.. it is stated here that she has a suspicious small hypoechoic lesion, inferior to the vaginal canal.. what does this mean..??? many thanks for your answer..

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Small hypoechoic lesion can be anything. It can be some cyst or mass. So you should go for examination. It any mass or swelling is there then you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology study to know the nature of lesion. Or you can go for biopsy according to the site of lesion. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
