Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to reports you are suffering from polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) like morphology.
Your findings are not typical of PCOD.

PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.

Other findings are within normal limit.Internal os is part of the lower segment of uterus and it is normally closed.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
