Siri am 20 yrs old I sufferd before one month with high fever but when I tested urine blood and ultra sound then my eeport was my lever become faaty it it is little bit come down and my blood test is normal but my urine test I coundnt understand I am giving some information about my urine tst sir plz answer me without any hazitation why this a Happend its very importnt to know me.. EXAMINATION OF URINE Quantity-5ml Color- pale yellow Appreance - hazzy Specific gravity-1.010 Reaction ph-6urobilinogen-noral Protein -+nt present Sugar--absent Acetone- absent Bile pigmemt and salt- negative Occult blood-trace MICROSCOPIC EXaEXAMINATIONOF SEDIMENT EPITHELIAL CELLS---1/HPF Puss cells-8-10hpf Red blood cells--1hpf Casts- occ puss cell Crystal -absent Organism-absent Sir plz answer me with outa ny hazitation whythis happen
You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI). UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,occasional RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI. You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed. At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report. You also need clinical correlation.
