Need Medication For Clogging Of Ears Caused Due To Pressure

I am 45, 150lbs and in good health. A week ago I was cliff jumping from approx. 20ft. When I hit the water I instantly felt pressure in both ears and they have been plugged ever since. My Doctor had a look and said there wasn't any water in my ears, just pressure. She told me to take a decongestant. I have been doing so for a week now and they are no better. Any suggestions?
