Need Medication For Irregular Periods & Migraine

I just had an irregular period I got it two weeks after my first one. Thats very unusual for me. My menstrual cycle ended on friday. But I just had unprotected sex saturday morning and he got off in me. Now its Wednesday after noon and I peed and my urine had no blood in it but I wiped and there was a lot of spotting but I don t know what that could mean. Plus I m sick with a horrible migraine thats making me cry constantly

Hello,

For your migraine, you can take ibuprofen like a tablet for relieving headache.

The spotting could be due to some Hormonal imbalance, some minor tear in the vaginal wall, etc.

So I suggest you get examined by gynecologist and gynecologist will do your pelvic examination. Meanwhile, for bleeding, you can be prescribed tranexamic acid tablet for five days.
