Need Medication For Itchiness And Reddish Painful Spots On Penis

My friend having VDRL past 20 years which is not visible in the VDRL test. But on the penis and its part, very occationally get itching and get reddish painfull spots which comes bigger particularlierly on the penis vain and lower of the testicles and between the thy. During the time very weekness will appear . Having diabetic . Please suggest Homio or allopatic medicine. He is believing that the disease is spread in the blood. Nair

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may not be the syphilis,all the above features may be secondary to the diabetes, probably when he is taking more of the sugar,and sweats,there is possibility of getting cuts,and fungal infection on the penis, and weakness as well.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms correct the blood sugar, and ask to have a follow up regularly. Phexin, grisofulvin, and multivitamins.
