Hello

I dont think you have damaged your ear but it is likely that you have pushed the infection into the ear from the nose through the eustachian tube, which is a normal tube between your ear and nose. Please dont worry , start steam inhalation 3-4 times a day and avoid forceful blowing of your nose.
If the pain does not subside in a day, please meet your ent doctor for examination and further advice.
Thanks
