About 4 days ago I noticed a small lump on the inner lip of my right labia majora about halfway from the crease to my vagina opening. It has since grown and become much more painful to touch and I have noticed that the surrounding area on the right lip has become swollen in comparison to the left. Any adivce on what this could be. I have set up an apointment with the doctor but they can not see me for a while and even then I could not get a guarenteed apointment (I live in a remote area with poor healthcare). I have recently become sexually active, but with a serious partner who has no STD's. I have done lots of research and do not believe this to be an STD, since it seems to be under the skin completely and only one lump, not a series of blistering sores. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
