Need Medication For Vaginal Hysterectomy Having Stage 4 Of Cancer

Hi I have advanced stage 4 breast cancer. the cancer s her2 positive.my oncologist gave me Herceptin but that didn t stop my periods or stop my body from making estrogen. they have began talking about a hysterectomy. I was wondering would a traditional hysterectomy be better or the vaginal hysterectomy. keep in mind my Doctors are telling me I m inoperable uncurrable but treatable.

Hello,

I think you can talk with your doctor about Da Vinci procedure for hysterectomy. It is known to have shorter recuperation time after the procedure and less side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
