Need Medicine For Pain In The Arm And Elbow With A History Of Radical Mastectomy

I underwent a radical mastectomy 31 years ago. The lymph glands were removed at that time. I have not had any trouble with my arm until recently when it began to ache. Even my elbow felt like maybe it was a horrible case of arthritis. My age now is 62 and I an in great health as far as I know. High blood pressure but that is really the most serious thing going on. I control it with medication.
