Need Treatment For Androgenic Alopecia

I am 20 years old male.I am suffering from androgenic alopecia and I used Morr-F 5% topical solution(minoxidil and finasteride)solution. and i am facing its side effect such as increase in chest size and swelling on face. What shoul I do? also what should I do for baldness?
