Need Treatment For Heaviness In The Head With Lack Of Concentration

I HAVE A HEAVY HEAD CAUSING LACK OF CONCENTRATION ITS BEEN EVERY DAY SINCE 8MONTHS AGO I GOT A HEAD MRI BLOOD TESTS ALL NORMAL I FEEL GOOD ONLY WHEN I HAVE ALCOHOL I GOT TESTED VNG TEST I HAVE A DEFICIT IN RIGHT VESTIBULAR TOOK BETACERC DIDN T WORK I DONNO WUT TO DO ITS GETS REAL SEVERE AROUND 2 PM EVREYDAY
