hello doctor im 27 year old and trying to conceive for last 8 months but failed. prior to marriage also my periods were irregular but delay was 10 days now it has become 15 days late when after marriage a late of 45 days i went for check doctor diagnoised blood hcg and it was negative. She did ultrasound and told i have nabothalian pcos. And thickened endometrium. Now my periods come irregular abd i feel helpless please advise
