Need Treatment For Sinus Infection

I have worked in a school for 16 years. Last year we had an asbestos problem in the boiler room. We found out later through the newspaper that the asbestos was removed improperly. Most of the tiles in the school, including my office are lifting. I have had a chronic sinus infection for 5 years. In the beginning I was treated with anti biotics but they stopped working. I am fine all summer, but when I come back in September the sinus infection returns. Any answere as to what I can do?? Md

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

I will advise that go for a CT Scan pns so that we can see the extent of Sinusitis and the sinuses involved or if there is any deviated nasal septum. Start using a Fluticasone nasal spray twice daily and a combination of Levocetrizine and Montelukast once daily. Follow up with your report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
