I GOTA SIGNIFICANT PAIN IN MY MID BACK BONE (DORSAL AREA) AND RIGHT RIB AREA, WHICH WAS DIAGNOSED AS A NEURITIS. I AM CONFUSED WHY MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME amitriptilina 25 mg. COULD YOU EXPLAIN ME? THANKS

what is your age , did you have a fall , how is your appetite, do you get evening rise of temperature.you could probably have a spine fracture with radiculopathy you could have tuberculosis of spine, very rarely thoracic disc prolapse.
