Dear Kgriffith07
Neurofibromatosis predispose to formation of neurofibromas and discolouration of the skin. Please get yourself evaluated by a physician and you may have to get MRI Spine done to evaluate the cause of your neck and back pain which my be due to Neurofibromas. Skin changes are part of spectrum of the disease but they need to seen by a dermatologist before we blame NF for the same.
Hello,
A patient with neurofibromatosis may develop neurofobroms at multiple sites in the body. Back and neck are also known sites of development of neurofibroma. The pain and tingling may be related to neurofibroma. Your heart rate is definitely on higher side however it does not seeem to be related to neurofibromatosis. You need to visit a neurologist for evaluation of backpain. He may advice scan of the back and neck.
Good luck.
