Hello and welcome to hcm forum,
Thanks for posting your query.
Since your baby has born this Wednesday, the baby may be just adapting to the environmental conditions.
The white bumps can be of aphthous ulcer type.
I would advice you to breast feed your baby frequently,ie,in every 3 months.
Also clean your baby's gum pads as well as tongue after every feed.
The feeding mother has to drink plenty of water and have nutritious rich diet.
If symptoms persists or aggrevates, please do visit your dentist.
Take care.
