Newborn Diagnosed With Congenital Chylothorax, Stable Now, On Monogen For Feeding. Any Precautions Needed?

Newborn recently diagnosed with congenital chylothorax .. Stable now .. Going home.. On monogen for feeding.. Furosemide for his fluid overload.. Vit d 400 iu.. He is not on O2 supplement.. Immunity checked before leaving hospital and is good according to the doctor .. Any further advice on precautions or care that I should do or consider?

Hi, the therapy and the diet is perfect. If the doctors told you this is a spontaneous chilothorax than most of them make their natural remedie with time. In all cases you must have close contact with the pediatrician.
