Nipple Rash, Swollen, Itchy, Yellow Liquid Oozing. Applying Cortisone Cream. Opinion?

I have a nipple rash that seems to have gotten infected. It is swollen, itchy, painful, and discharges a yellow liquid and a little blood when I irritate it.

When I put hydrogen peroxide on it, it discharged a white substance that seemed like foam and hardened quite a bit.

I have added Cortisone cream and it has relieved some itching.

What do I have? Please help.

you are having a yellowish discharge suggesting of pus that means you have got an infection. The corticosteroid cream will help a little to reduce the rash and itch but the main treatment to control the infection. so I advise you to start oral Antibiotics like Augmentin 500mg BD and daily dressing of the affected area with betadine ointment. If you see there is pus formation wait till it ripens and than drain it. If you can't do it alone go to the nearest clinic for help.
