No Improvement In Stomach Ulcer After Taking Prilosec Pills. Should I Change Medicine?
Hi docter,
I have a doubt i have stomach ulcer i found out three days before.
Am taking prilosec pills
Am taking for the past three days i dont see any difference
So shall i change the tablet.
Now am taking Prilosec 20mg
Shall i change this to pan D 40 mg or pantocid 40 mg.
Can you suggest me on this.

Hi
I would advice my patient for gastoscopy^/endoscopy of stomach before starting a drug
Such drug will help only if there is some erosion or ulcer in stomach mucosa or in deudinium
