No Period After Stopping Pill. Breast Sore And Urinating More. Pregnancy Test Negative. Can I Be Pregnant?
I went off the pill this month of October and I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I haven't, this past week my breast have been sore and I have been peeing more than usual I am very sleepy I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative could I still be pregnant or is it something else?

Urine pregnancy test usually shows positive results 10 days after missed periods.
Blood HCG test or ultrasound test are more sensitive detecting early pregnancy. Consult gynec doctor to rule out or confirm pregnancy.
Other possible reason for delayed periods could be hormonal variation due to stress.
