No Periods. Positive Pregnancy Test. Can I Go For An Abortion At 39 Days?
hi doc , Am AAAAAAA from XXXXXXX. I Didnt get my periods this month and checked with Pregnancy tester it resulted Positive .. And its been 39 days.. Am i able to abort at this stage?

I don't know the laws where you are, but in the U.S., you can have an abortion up until 12 weeks. If it has been 39 days since the first day of your last menstrual period, you are approximately 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Most doctors would have no problem as this is ideal timing. But like I said, I don't know about the laws where you live.
