I have done t3,t4,TSH AND RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWS T3 =121 ng/dl T4 = 10.2 ug/dl TSH = 7.51uIU/ml Method C.L.I.A. Female having height 5ft and wight 87 kg, Never taken any medicine for thyroid before. No sugar and blood pressure. Cholesterol LDL DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 78 mg % What medicines should I take. Not on periods since last 12 yrs.
Looking into your information you didnt mention your age and other symptoms for which you have been tested for thyroid functions. Anyways amenorrhoea can be due to a number of causes,it can be primary or secondary . Thyroid dysfunction , Polycystic ovarian disease are some common causes affecting young females .
I advise you to consult an endocrinologist to get yourself evaluated and assessed . It is a serious problem that requires immediate attention as your fertility issues are also concerned with this . You get your estrogen , testosterone levels , USG abdomen to look for polycystic ovaries and follow a healthy lifestyle , take the drugs as advised by your endocrinologist and you will be fine soon.
If you have any further queries feel free to ask. Wish you good health. Take care. Dr. Shruti
