Nocturnal Diarrhea, Vomiting After Drinking Old Protein Shakes.
i have nocturnal diarrhea after drinking old protein shakes. At first i felt nauseous and very cold like i was starting to get the flu . Then for the whole night i vomited like 8 times. After waking up, i felt much better.. Then at night, i started to go to the toilet and starting having diarrhea , and it was watery . And i started visiting the toilet for about 15 times last night till the morning's and then i was able to sleep . And now its 9pm and im starting to have diahrea again .
Hi, from history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis due to old shake or contaminated shakes. Take ofloxaciline, tinidazole combination tablet for 3 days. Take plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquids to prevent dehydration. If not controlled, go to ER and get examined for dehydration. Take light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk. Ok and take care.
