Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nocturnal Diarrhea
I have been having nocturnal diarrhea several times over the last week. I had diarrhea only once during the day, After the diarrhea I usually have a day of constipation and a day or two of no diarrhea. I read somewhere that white bread and rice were good for this problem and I tried it. I was free from diarrhea for 4 days but got it back last night. What causes this and what can I do about it. I have heartburn a lot -- don t know if this is relevant or not?

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea may not need any treatment because this could be self limiting unless it is being diagnosed due to some infection and for that one need to get done the stool culture, but most of the time this comes around even without the medicine and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day,
