Its been a long time now, and still if i get a very deep sleep i dont get up in the night..Please suggest me how i can get cured with this??
hi, At your age nocturnal enuresis is very rare. First thing is you have to ruleout infection. Urine routine examination, urine for sugar and osmolality is necessary is advisable. Also get blood sugar examination done to rule out diabetis. Also keep a tab on your daily fluid intake. It might be possible that you are consuming excessive fluids. Few things I can advise like avoid coffee and tea after 4 in the evening. Have your dinner early. empty your bladder before going to bed. Consult your urologist for further evaluation wishing you a speedy recovery
