Normal To Have Dull Ache And Tingling Feeling After Head Hitting Hard On Concrete?

I just hit my head not too long ago maybe 2 or 2 and a half hours ago. I hit the top/left side of my head hard against concrete. All I seem to have is a dull ache on the side of my head and continuous tingling feeling down the left side of my head. Is this normal?
