Nose Injury, Bleeding Followed By Swelling Between Eyes And Nose, Difficulty In Opening Eye. What Should Be Done?

My daughter fell on her nose yesterday. She has a nose bleed straight away. Last night it looked swollen and bruised in between her eyes and nose. This morning when she got up it has got worse and one of her eyes are closing with it. Should I be worried and get it checked just incase she might of broke something in her nose? Please advise on what I should do?

hello dear
thanks for your query at Hcm
it looks to be serious injury as it is involving eye . get one x ray head ap and lateral view that will rule out any fracture or major trauma
consult doctor further advice and management based on clinical condition of the child
