Nosebleed, Watery Eyes, Blurred Vision, Clear Nasal Discharge, Lightheaded,shoulder Blade Pain. Sinusitis?

I had a very slightblood nose from the righ nostril watery eyes with what feels like a sticky substance and a bit of blurred vision and a clear nasal discharge i fell sligtly lightheaded now and then partically after lying down to rest
i have a pain in my leftshoulder blade which wont go away and i am sniffing is this sinusitus

Hi,

Based for the information provided it seem that you are having slight bleeding from nose with water discharge from eyes along with blurry vision and clear nasal discharge and wanting to know what it is.

The signs does confirm as possible infection and it can be sinusitis or my be a infection of the mucosa of nose where you had bleeding from.

Advice:

1) visit near by physician and get it checked by visual inspection of the local area around the nose.
2) probably he will advice you an x-ray of sinuses
3) will prescribe you with antibiotics.

it is sinusitis
get xray pns waters view and get treatment as per allergy guidelines
till you caan use antiallergic tab bd
aply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
and sea water 2 drops at night in each nose
