Not Able To Conceive After An Abortion. Why Is It ?

Hello Patel, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Are her periods regular, has she put on weight recently? How old is she? Kindly don't worry, if her periods are regular. Since you have been trying from just 4 Months you may want to try it for another 8 months. Only if she doesn't conceive even after a year, it warrants a thorough evaluation by a Gynecologist to rule out any pathology. She will require follicular study, ultrasound scan, blood work up and you will require semen analysis. Ask her to exercise regularly, go for regular brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily, eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and maintain a healthy weight. This will keep periods regular and also ovulation. If you smoke and drink, QUIT. To increase the chances of conception, have alternate day unprotected sex between the 10th and 20th day of her cycle. The ovulation happens around the 14th day in a 28 day cycle.
Wish you Both Good Health and Good Luck, Take Care.
