General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, as you describe she is suffering with the anorexia nervosa. It may be due to the anxiety, tension, worms in the intestines, amoebiasis, or lack of enzymes.
I to my patient with such condition prescribe enzyme preparations, omeprazole, domperidone, metronidazole, and albendazole.
Thank you.
