Not Sexually Active, Have White Vaginal Discharge. Is It Normal?

I m 14 and there s a very small hole right at the front of my vagina , maybe an about an inch or more from my clitoris. When squeezed, white stuff comes out (I m not quite sure if it s puss or anything else) I noticed it there, I d say back in grade five but since I hadn t learned about it at school I m questioning whether it s normal or not. Also, (just a note) I m not sexually active.
