Notical Warts On Genitals After Having An Oral Sex

Hi doctor i engaged in oral sex with a sex worker and and got tested within 20 days by rapid tri dot method and result came negative after 3 months now i am started getting little warts on my genital and feel little itchy. Please advice is this a symptom of HIV

Thank you for query.the symptoms may not be due to HIV.warts can appear without HIV as they also can get transmitted as std or by skin to skin contact.You have negative results for HIV so relax.There are different modalities of treatment.Topical resins like podophyllin(podowart) to be applied under precautions and supervision of doctor.Cryotherapy and cauterisation are other methods.You can Consult dermatologist and take appropriate treatment.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti
