well , in your case if preg test is negative , then you are not pregnant. striking feature is galactorrhoea( discharge from breasts). this occurs in cases of high prolactin levels in body and this can cause amenorrhoea in women. i suggest get a hormonal profile done including serum prolactin and thyroid profile. thyroid profile to rule out hypothyroidism which can cause symptoms of bloating, tiredness and sore back. also get a basic pelvic ultrasound to rule out any ovarian cysts (for PCOS). CONTROL YOUR WEIGHT. nextly , now that preg test is negative , you can be offered withdrawal bleed with progestin after checking endometrial thickness on ultrasound to resume your menses.
in case further consult required contact me at : http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-sameer-kumar/68814
