Noticed A Large Painful Swelled Mass Between My Scrotum And Anus
I have a large painful swelled mass between my scrotum and anus. Hurts to sit and walk. This has been going on since Thursday. It has got larger each day. Any idea what this might be or how I can treat it? I have been taking baths with Epson salt and that gives me a little temporary relief.

From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now there might be forming abscess.
If there is swelling and induration and pus is still not formed a course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course will cut down the infection and help in absorption.
Do ice pack application.
