Noticed Blood In Urine After Having An Injury On The Kidney Area

I feel down the stairs on Saturday and landed on my back/kidney area. I am not passing blood in urine. I have no brushing in the affected area. But I still have pain in the affected area and still get a very Sharpe take my breath away pain when I move in certain ways.
