Noticed Large Splotches & Irritation Of Legs After Using Hair Removal Creame

I used a hair removal product called Lassy Legs which is supposed to buff away the hair on my legs. it sort of worked but now my legs hurt and there are large splotches which look irritated and are burning. should i be worried and or just take some ibuprofin and go to sleep?
