Noticed Numbness,shivering And Rapid Heart Beat Due To Intake Of Mdma In A Juice

I unknowingly drank a half of cup of punch juice with mdma mixed in there. After drinking it I felt something in my body wasn't right because my legs started feeling a little numb & I also got the shivers & rapid heart beating. Is it safe to sleep under these conditions because I'm afraid
