hi I am a twenty one year old male and ive noticed six red painless bumps on the head of my penis, there are some bumps on the testicles and my forskin and lymph nodes in my groin are swollen. I have no idea what this may be ive been in a monogamous relationship for the past year and a half and had no problems. any ideas?
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans and foreskin due to may be unprotected sex. It is likely that your partner may have vaginal infection (Vaginitis) which has transmitted to you following sexual intercourse. Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician. Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily. Get her partner examined by a qualified Gynaecologist to rule out any vaginal infection and for treatment if required Dr.Patil.
