Noticed Small Tiny Dark Spots Under The Fingertips After Exposing To Sun

I went to the beach yesterday, and of course I was under the sun the whole day. I forgot to apply sunblock when I went to the beach and this morning, I realize I have small tiny dark spots under my fingertips. Do you know what causes those dark spots?
