Hello and welcome to HCM,
There presence of thickened adrenals,
cholelithiasis and protrusion of discs has different implications.
Cholelithiasis is presence of stones in the
gall bladder.
This condition can result in inflammation of the gall bladder.
The
disc protrusion results in compression of the nerve roots emanating from the
spinal cord.
This compression can cause pain in the area of distribution of the nerves.
Occasional nausea and vomiting can be due to some disorder of the gastrointestinal tract.
The thickened adrenal gland can be due to hyperplasia or adenoma.
You need to consult your doctor to find out the lesion in the adrenal by suitable investigations.
Cholelithiasis has to be managed by
cholecystectomy.
Protrusion of the intervertebral discs can be corrected by taking bed rest.
If the protrusion increases, surgical measures may have to be taken.
The adrenal thickening can only be managed once correct diagnosis is made.
Thanks and take care
