Numb Feeling In Limbs After Keeping Arms Or Legs Crossed, Stiff And Hard To Move. What Is The Cure?
After five minutes with legs or arms crossed.the corresponding Limbs(both legs, both arms)fall asleep.By being asleep,I mean they are tingly and muscles are stiff and hard to move..They do not move well until I "walk it off". I can awake in the morning with same condition in all limbs.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The numb feeling after sitting cross legged for a while is likely to be due to bulging discs in the lower back that is causing the nerve root compression. This needs methylcobalamin supplements for relief. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
